Your Information Matters
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how 360 SMART Learning collects, uses, and protects information provided by parents and guardians.
Effective September 11, 2026
1. Who we are
360 SMART Learning provides live online math instruction, assessments, and personalized learning support for students in grades 4–6. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 360 SMART Learning.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information that a parent, guardian, or other adult voluntarily provides, including:
- Parent or guardian name, email address, and optional phone number;
- A student’s first name, current grade, math-learning needs, and areas of concern;
- Consultation requests, scheduling details, and messages sent to us;
- Math assessment responses, results, and information used to prepare a Personalized Math Roadmap; and
- Enrollment and service-related information needed to provide requested instruction.
When you visit our website, our hosting and technology providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser or device type, referring page, pages requested, and date and time of access.
3. Website, Meta lead forms, and scheduling
When you complete a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may prefill or collect information under its own terms and privacy policy, then make the submitted lead information available to 360 SMART Learning. We use that information to understand your child’s math needs, respond to your request, and help you schedule a free parent consultation.
Our website consultation form passes the information you enter to Calendly so you can choose an appointment time. Calendly processes scheduling information under its own privacy practices. Our website also uses services such as Netlify for hosting and Google Fonts for presentation; those providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver their services.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to questions and consultation requests;
- Schedule and prepare for parent consultations;
- Administer math assessments and create Personalized Math Roadmaps;
- Provide, personalize, and improve tutoring and related services;
- Send service-related communications and, where permitted, information about relevant programs;
- Maintain the security and reliability of our website and services; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, schedule consultations, manage advertising leads, communicate with families, or provide requested services. These may include Meta, Calendly, Netlify, and Google. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer.
6. Children’s privacy
Our educational services support children, but our website, consultation forms, and advertising lead forms are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through these forms. A parent or guardian should provide and manage information about a child and supervise any online assessment. If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate parental involvement, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide services, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you or your child, or ask us to stop nonessential marketing communications. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
9. External services and links
Our website and communications may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
